Honda introduced the Brazilian press to the 2016 of the Civic range.
Without great aesthetic modifications, its main attraction is the reinstatement
of the bumper version of range EXR, which had ceased to be offered and that
adds to their versions of LXS and LXR finish. The Civic won on the front a new
chrome grille, as well as a trim chrome-plated air bumper and fog lights of
circular format decision. In all versions it comes standard power steering for
electric system, disc brakes on all four wheels, brakes ABS with EBD and dual
front airbags, stereo has 5 inch screen with CD player, auxiliary input, USB
and Bluetooth.

Version EXR incorporates among its options of equipment side airbags and
curtain, electronic stability control ESP, traction control, adjustable
steering MA-EPS, Assistant outstanding start, among the more notable. In
addition the EXR offers a new integrated multimedia 7-inch retractable LCD
screen and browser system, automatic climate control, the upper part of the
inner panel in a finish of black color and formed in the interior details.
Mechanical level there is no news, since it uses the same I-VTEC engine of 1.8 liter
SOHC that produces 139 HP at 6,200 rpm. In addition to the six-speed manual
transmission, the VEGAN version includes five-speed automatic gearbox. Versions
of LXR and EXR, engine is SOHC I-VTEC of 2.0 liters, which develops 150
horsepower at 6,300 rpm, associated with an automatic transmission equipped
with camshaft behind the wheel.
